Things to note:

This test is available anywhere in the United States except for New York, Hawaii, and Alaska.

You will not be charged $140/year for cryopreservation until we successfully store your sample. If we do not detect any moving sperm cells, we will not cryopreserve your sample and you will not be charged for storage. You will not be refunded for your semen analysis.

Cryopreservation fees are billed on an annual basis and there will not be pro-rated refunds issued for cancellation of the service during the middle of the payment cycle.

If you use a promotional code that is associated with a healthcare provider, that provider will have access to your results.
