Things to note:

This test is available anywhere in the United States except for New York, Hawaii, and Alaska.

We will store any sample with motile (moving) sperm. Once storage is complete, we will charge you $240 for your first year of storage. If we do not detect any motile sperm, we will not cryopreserve your sample, you will not be charged for storage, and you will not be refunded for your semen analysis.

Cryopreservation fees are billed on an annual basis and there will not be pro-rated refunds issued for cancellation of the service during the middle of the payment cycle.

If you use a promotional code that is associated with a healthcare provider, that provider will have access to your results.
