Compliance and patient experience

In study after study, Fellow has demonstrated that we empower clinics to achieve testing compliance rates 30-50% higher than any previously published research. These gains aren't limited to specific practice types or demographic characteristics, which makes sense: make testing easy, comfortable, and clinically valid, and patients will follow through.

Prostate cancer detection in semen

We believe that seminal fluid holds untapped diagnostic power. Today, we are focusing on prostate cancer detection, with an eye toward developing the post-PSA reflex test of the future. Having shown that mail-in semen analysis can transform traditional fertility assessment and post-vasectomy testing, we believe that future tests can help improve prostate cancer outcomes and avoid unnecessary biopsies.
